Shiva is the Hindu
God of destruction, pictured here on the white bull called Nandi ( the
joyful ) and wearing tiger skin to represent the mind. Although being the
destroyer of the world Shiva is seen as positive, allowing for rebirth and
the shedding of old habits. Shiva is the God of the yogis, self-controlled
and celibate, while at the same time a lover of his spouse. An
excellent choice for those following the path of enlightenment who wish to
remind them self of the power of self control, if you had the power of
destruction how would your world look?
